    Cocolife Welcomes New Branch Managers

    Mirasol or Mira, is a graduate of the University of Luzon with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. She joined Cocolife Dagupan Branch in 2001 as an underwriter and was subsequently promoted to Agency Manager. In her five years with Cocolife, Mira has shown excellent marketing skills and management acumen. Her acquaintances describe her as very optimistic and goal-oriented. Outside her role as Branch Manager, Mira is involved in various socio-civic activities as Assistant Secretary of the Dagupan Jaycees.

    Edmund or Jhey, obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Literature from the University of Santo Tomas, where he graduated with Special Citation. He also took post-graduate units in Law Studies in the same university. Jhey is a member of the UST Literary Society and a founding member of the United Thomasians of Law. His stint in life insurance started in 1998 as a sales associate and later on as Agency, Branch and Area Manager for top multinational life insurance companies. In his new role as Branch Manager of Cocolife Ortigas under Central Luzon Area, his proven management skills and vast marketing experience will certainly come to fore.

    Cocolife's superior performance cited

    Cocolife Asset Management Company, Inc. (CAMCI), the asset management arm of Cocolife, was recognized for superior performance. It received top honors at the 10th Philippine Investment Funds Association Annual Awards Night. Cocolife Dollar Builder, Inc. and Cocolife Fixed Income Fund, Inc., both managed by Cocolife Asset Management Company, Inc., won top honors for exceptional fund performance.

    Out of the 12 competing Peso Bond Funds, Cocolife Fixed Income Fund, Inc. won first place for the 1-year return. It also won third place for the three-year return in the same category. The Cocolife Dollar Fund Builder, Inc., on the other hand, received three awards for its astounding fund performance in the Dollar Balanced Funds category. It won first place in both 1-year return and 5-year return and second place in the 3-year return of the same asset-class category.
